Q:    What is required to book a moonbouncer?
 
A:  A credit card to hold reservation
 
Q:  How do the party packs and extreeme party packs work?
 
A:  Once you order the party packs we will deliver out the party pack,invitations,crafts and goodie
     bags so you can get your invitations in the mail.    We collect 50% of the balance at the time of
     delivery and then we come back the day of the party to set up the moonbouncer and collect the balance owed.
 
Q:  What if it rains?
 
A:   If it is raining the day of the event we can not set up the bouncer.   You can reschedule or cancel
       your moonbouncer.   You will not be charged for the moonbouncer.   Jumping Monkeys reserves
       the right to cancel the bouncer at any time do to weather conditions.
 
Q: What are my responsibilities as the renter?
 
A: All renters must read and sign a rules and release form.   There must always be an adult to supervise the children.
    The renter assumes all responsibility for all parties who partcipate in the jumper.
 
Q:  Do you set up in parks?
 
A:  Yes we set up in Chandler and Gilbert parks.  Some do require permits
      others require special permision.   We can also do them in private parks.   
        You can rent a generator from us for $65  that includes the gas.
 
Q:  What type of payments do you accept?
 
We take cash, check, visa, mastercard and american express,discover    Payment is due upon delivery.
 
Q:  How big are the units?
 
A:   All units are 15x15 you will need 4ft of clearance from any wall were the unit it set up.  We can set them up on grass,
       driveways and concrete.  We can not set the units up on rock.
 
Q: What is your cancelation policy. 
 You must cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your party or you will be charged a $75 cancelation fee
